so a while ago i said “hey everyone send me songs u relate with cq so i can put them in a playlist” and i consequently received fucktons of mitski music, put it in a playlist, forgot about it, then decided to spend every waking moment of the past week organizing said playlist.

it is divided up into 4 “albums” with subsections (youll see below) and goes chronologically through cq’s story. intended to be listened to IN ORDER like pls. i put a lot of time and thought into the emotional arcs and transitions etc. however it is in fact almost nine hours long so im not expecting you to listen to it in one sitting. actually i would encourage you dont do that. actually i am going ask you to please not

ckarl the type of guy to tearup at anything and everything, no matter how little or how weird he cried over a funn looking carrot the other day he cried when sapnap cut his hair he cried when he lost his favorite shoes, but somehow completely unable to cry when soemthing big happens and hes supposed to. he can bawl his eyes out over one of his dead flowerbushes but he hasn't been able to cry about how scared he still is whenever he thinks about the last time he died

thinking abt how csap pretty clearly knew that ckarl was having memory issues and. he didn’t bring it up directly. he said karl don’t you remember el rapids don’t you remember our missions because HE KNOWS ! karl has been forgetting things and csap knows and he’s desperately but lightly reminding him and he doesn’t say anything to cq because it’s not the time and he doesn’t want to bring the mood down but then it’s revealed ckarl’s memories abt cquackity r fucked and it’s like a punch in the gut bc csap never expected that. the way his immediate response to cq is “maybe something’s wrong with him” he knows something is up and has known for a while but doesn’t know what or how to explain it because karl doesn’t explain. i feel faint I feel ill
